  • Do I Need Planning Permission?

    I think this is the main question that everyone wants an answer on .Acording with the last revised planing permision regulations in October 2008 the answer most of the time is NO .

    All you need  is to comply with set of rules .As long as you keep the garden room under 2.5m high within 1m of boundray ,not in the conservation area and not used for accomodation you don`t require planning permission.

  • Does my Garden Room needs to comply with Building Regulations ?

    Most of the time the answer is NO .

    As long you keep the building under 30 sqm and
    don`t use it for accomodation you don`t require Building Regs.Saying so if you have installed a toilet you will require Building Regs only for the drainage system .

    Anyway we can accomodate these inspections through our private Building Inspectors who will supply a proper valid Final Certificate for the job .

  • What if access to my garden or site is difficult?

    We work on the principle that nothing is impossible .As our buildings are formed from SIP Panels If access is difficult, our technical designers will create a garden room that will be able to fit your needs.

    We have erected buildings on sites where we had to carry materials through mid terrace houses, through windows, through first floor flats, over balconies, and many other hard to access locations.
