Mr Blackburn wanted an acoustically treated cinema with a separate area intended as an office. A specialist company was to install the cinema equipment after the building work.

Organic resin render was chosen as an alternative to timber cladding.
Privacy and frames
Anthracite powder-coated aluminium frames and silver integral blinds complete the glazed frontage.
