Mr and Mrs Sathy needed an extra family room in a compact courtyard garden. Ground levelling and shortening the raised borders made room for a carefully fitted building.

Precise construction
Cladding was fitted to one side before the SIP panels were lifted into position because the raised border left so little working space.
Interior
Laminate flooring and underfloor heating accompany nine internal downlights and four double sockets.
Exterior
Cedar cladding, aluminium bifolding doors and four external downlights complete the garden-facing side.
