Michelle Rodgers wanted a contemporary pool house with a substantial shower room. An existing concrete double garage was cleared from the chosen plot before construction.

Stacked natural stone tiles form a feature wall and basin splashback in the shower room.
Warm underfoot
Engineered oak flooring and underfloor heating were selected, with a wall-mounted fan heater for additional control.
Glazing and lighting
Aluminium French doors, tall fixed panels and integral blinds accompany ten internal and four external downlights.
